• 510-thread cartridges only, with a spring-loaded connection.

1. Remove the bottom magnetic base by gently pulling it off the device.
2. Check your cartridge size. It must be 510-thread, up to 14 mm diameter, and up to 65 mm height.
3. Insert the cartridge straight into the chamber, aligning the 510 threads with the spring-loaded connection. Do not overtighten.
4. Reattach the bottom magnetic base until it seats firmly.
5. On reassembly, the device will automatically power on and the LED will briefly flash white.

Tip: Ensure the cartridge mouthpiece remains unobstructed by the housing so airflow is clear.

The Rokin BAR has a single control button located on the device body.

• To power the device on or off, press the button five times rapidly.
• The device also powers on automatically when you reattach the bottom base after inserting a cartridge.
• Auto shut-off: the device will turn off after approximately 5 minutes of inactivity.

There are four voltage options so you can tailor flavor and vapor output:

• 2.2 V
• 2.7 V
• 3.2 V
• 3.6 V

To change levels, click the button three times rapidly to cycle to the next voltage. The LED color indicates the selected setting. Start low with new or delicate oil, then increase as needed.

Powerwave™ automatically varies the output by roughly 0.5 V lower during a draw to smooth the hit and help maintain consistent vapor production. No user action is required to enable it.

• To start preheat, double-click the button. Preheat runs for about 15 seconds at approximately 1.8 V.
• The LED will show an animation during preheat and will stop when preheat completes.

Use preheat for thick or cold oil, or if airflow feels restricted. Allow the device to rest between sessions to avoid overheating the cartridge.

• Auto-draw: simply inhale through the cartridge mouthpiece to activate.
• Button activation: press and hold the button while you inhale, then release when finished.

If you experience a tight draw, use preheat first or lower the voltage for thinner, more flavorful vapor.

1. Ensure the device is fully assembled with the bottom base attached.
2. Connect the included USB-C cable to the port on the device.
3. Plug the other end into a 5 V USB power source.
4. The LED shows charging status. A red LED typically indicates charging, and the light turns off when fully charged.
5. When finished, disconnect the cable.

Charging tips: Do not use the device while charging. For best battery health, recharge before the battery is completely depleted.

• Assembly confirmation: brief white flash when the device is reassembled.
• Battery low: red indicator or blinking pattern.
• Charging: red or colored indicator while charging.
• Full charge: LED turns off.
• Voltage selection: LED color changes to show selected level.
• Preheat: animated or pulsing pattern during the 15-second cycle.

No vapor or no activation

• Press the button five times rapidly to ensure the device is on.
• Charge the device if the LED indicates low battery.
• Remove and reinsert the cartridge to confirm a good 510 connection.
• Clean the contacts and the cartridge base with a dry swab.
• Try a lower voltage to avoid tripping protection on sensitive cartridges.

Weak hits or burnt taste

• Lower the voltage for delicate or thin oil.
• Use preheat for thick oil, then take a gentle draw.
• Allow time between puffs so the wick can resaturate.

Auto-draw not responding

• Switch to button activation and press and hold while inhaling.
• Check that airflow holes on the cartridge are not blocked by the housing.
• Preheat to loosen thick oil that may be restricting airflow.

LED blinking or error behavior

• Rapid blinking can indicate low battery or a cartridge short. Charge the device and try a different known-good cartridge.
• Inspect the 510 center pin for debris and clean carefully if needed.

Will not charge

• Ensure the bottom base is attached. The device must be assembled to charge.
• Use a 5 V USB power source and the included USB-C cable.
• Try another cable or port if the LED does not light when connected.
