How to Load Wax/Concentrates
- Lift the carb cap from the glass recycler.
- Load concentrates into the ceramic nail using the loading tool. Do not overfill; the recommended dab size is about half that of a Tic-Tac.
- Secure the carb cap back in place.
- Fill the recycler with water before starting the session.
How to Add Water to the Glass Recycler
- Remove the nozzle from the glass recycler.
- Fill water into the mouthpiece. Avoid filling while the recycler is attached to the base or above the fill line.
How to Turn On/Off Your Device
Long-press the power button located on the device for 3 seconds to turn it on or off.
How to Start Heating
- Short-press the power button to select between temperature options.
- Leave the device idle for 5 seconds to start preheating.
- The Cenote will illuminate in red and yellow for approximately 25 seconds during preheating.
- When the session is over, the Cenote will begin to cool down, with the steady red light gradually dimming as the temperature drops.
What Are the Temperature Levels for Each Setting?
- Setting 1: 518℉ (270℃) - Dimmest Red
- Setting 2: 572℉ (300℃)
- Setting 3: 626℉ (330℃) - Brightest Red
- Setting 4 (Pro Mode): 392-644℉ (200-340℃) - Purple
To adjust the temperature settings on the device, short-press the power button. Pro Mode is accessible only via the AUXO App.
How to Know When Your Session Is Over
The Cenote's lights will turn steady red to indicate a 20-second countdown to the end of a session.
How to Extend Your Session
Double press the power button during the 20-second countdown or after the session ends and the Cenote goes into cooldown mode to extend the session by 20 seconds. Repeat the action to extend again.
Supported Charging Methods
The Cenote supports both Type-C and Qi-certified wireless charging. For optimal compatibility, use the AUXO Wireless Charger (sold separately).
How Long Does It Take to Fully Charge My Cenote?
A full charge via the AUXO 20W power adapter takes approximately 1.5 hours (90 minutes), providing approximately 12 sessions of usage (100-second sessions). Charging times will vary with wireless methods.
How to Check the Battery Level
Press the power button three times consecutively to check the battery level. The base light indicates battery levels. Alternatively, use the AUXO App for a precise battery reading.
- 10% and below: Power button blinks red six times before powering off.
- 10% - 30%: 1/4 green indicator.
- 30% - 60%: 2/4 green indicator.
- 60% - 80%: 3/4 green indicator.
- 80% - 100%: Full green indicator.
CAUTION: Avoid tilting the device when checking the battery level if there is water in the recycler.
Can My Cenote Be Used While Charging?
For safety concerns, the Cenote cannot be operated while charging.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Ceramic Nail
- Cool down the heating rod and ceramic nail to room temperature.
- Lift the carb cap to expose the ceramic nail and unscrew the mouthpiece counterclockwise.
- Remove the ceramic nail with tweezers and clean it with a dry cotton swab.
- Clean it further with a swab dipped in 90% isopropyl alcohol.
Glass Recycler
- Remove the glass recycler from the device base.
- Separate the nozzle from the mouthpiece and drain any remaining water.
- Separate the silicone and glass components of the carb cap.
- Soak all glass components in 90% isopropyl alcohol and clean other parts with alcohol wipes.
- Rinse with water and allow drying thoroughly before reattaching.
Note: Perform cleaning only when the device is turned off and cooled. Avoid liquid contact with the device base.
What Is Pro Mode?
Pro Mode allows customization of duration, temperature, and lighting effects. Download the AUXO App to utilize this feature. Default settings mimic Setting 3, and customized settings are remembered for future use.

How to Operate Without the AUXO App
The device functions without the app for Settings 1-3 but requires the app for Pro Mode.
How to Connect Your Cenote to the App
- Long-press the power button to turn on your device.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and place the device nearby.
- In the app, select 'Cenote' and tap 'Next' to begin pairing. Tap 'Connect' once the device is found.
- The LED light will blink blue to indicate a successful pair.
Adjusting Settings Using the App
- Temperature and session duration adjustments are available only in Pro Mode via the control panel.
- For Settings 1-3, these settings are fixed and displayed in the app's control panel.
- Lighting effects and brightness can be customized via the app's control panel and 'Device Settings'.
Troubleshooting Pairing Issues
If pairing issues arise, ensure the AUXO App is up-to-date, the device is on, Bluetooth is activated, and the device is near the phone. Restart the device if needed.
Log-in Assistance
If you're unable to log in, select 'Forgot password', enter your email for a reset. Check the spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive. For additional help, email support@auxo-official.com.
Troubleshooting and Warranty
If My Cenote Isn’t Charging
Try different adapters, cables, or outlets. Alternatively, use a Qi-certified wireless charger. If unsuccessful, email support@auxo-official.com.
If My Cenote Isn’t Working
- Ensure the device is adequately charged.
- Replace the ceramic nail if necessary.
- Clean any debris from the electrodes on the heating rod.
- Restart the device.
If issues persist, email images or a video of the electrodes and device to support@auxo-official.com.
Automatic Shut-off
- The device turns off if inactive for 10 minutes.
- If the battery overheats, the power button blinks red eight times, suspending usage until it cools down.
Warranty and Coverage
AUXO provides a 2-year limited warranty for the device’s base, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty doesn’t cover unauthorized purchases, misuse, modifications, cosmetic damage, or accessories.
