RETURN POLICY
Vapebatt.com does not manufacturer any of the products sold on this site. All merchandise sold on Vape Batt is guaranteed authentic from the manufacturer. Vape Batt makes every effort to provide accurate images and information for the products we sell. However, images, information, or other product aspects can vary from what is presented to what is received. All images and information are a representation of the items being sold. It is the responsibility of the consumer to assure their purchase meets their needs prior to making a purchase. We highly recommend researching products as necessary and/or asking questions for this assurance. Costs associated with all returns are the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise stated. Please read our return policy below and contact us with any questions.
Please email cs@vapebatt.com if you are having trouble with your purchase so that we can attempt to resolve your trouble. Please include the email address associated with your purchase or your order number. Include as much detail as possible so that we can determine how to best assist you.
If you do not receive a response to your service request within 7 days, please attempt to contact us again to assure we received your request.

For health and safety reasons products with contamination risk are not returnable, no exceptions. This includes but is not limited to products with broken heat seals, hygiene seals, or safety seals, products that have been exposed to any oral contact, saliva, bodily fluids, foreign liquids or concentrate residue. It is the responsibility of the customer to tell us if any of this has occurred. Products returned in this condition are not entitled to a refund and will be sent back to the customer at their expense or discarded. The handling of contaminated products with valid damage or defect claims will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Vape Batt.
Used Product – Vape Batt would like every experience with us to be satisfying. This includes circumstances that might not be such as having to make a return. With that in mind, the health and safety of our employees and customers is a top priority and due to the nature of the products sold on this site, used products CANNOT be returned under any circumstance. A used product is any product that has been in the possession of the customer and has fallen outside of the defect or damage claim window. It has been opened and cannot be returned in the same condition it was received. Vapebatt.com reserves the right to determine if product(s) have been used.
Damages occurring from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, user-error, or mishandling are not returnable and Vapebatt.com is not responsible for consequential and/or incidental damages resulting from these types of misuse. Minor cosmetic issues such as scratches or discolorations are considered normal wear and tear if they are not reported within the claim period and/or are found to be considered a normal part of the manufacturers process. Vapebatt.com does not replace parts that break during use that are considered replacement parts.
Products that cannot be returned:
- Glass
- Customized Products
- Any product with a broken safety seal, heat seal, or hygiene seal (not including cellophane wrapping)
- Any product that has been used in any oral capacity or has been exposed to any bodily fluids, foreign liquids, concentrates, are not returnable. This is not an exhausted list and
Ineligible returns can be sent back to the customer at their expense or will be discarded. In any circumstance no refund or credit will be issued for ineligible returns.
All returns are processed under video surveillance for accuracy. Signs of use will be documented and provided to the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
Damaged Product – Damaged Product is any item that is received and is not in the new condition it was shipped and renders the product unsafe or unusable including but not limited to shattered glass, chips, cracks, or dents. This excludes scratches, polishes, or finishes that are normal to the manufacturing process. Damage Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery
Please Be Aware: Clear photo or video of the damage must accompany the damage claim. Approved damage product claims will be refunded or replaced at the discretion of Vape Batt and we are in no way obligated to provide one remedy over another. Any report of damage after the stated time frame will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Considerations on damage claims made outside of this time frame are are only eligible for store credit or 1-for-1 replacement. Submitting a damage claim outside of this time frame does not guarantee consideration or resolution.
Defective Product – Product that is received and does not work out of the box is considered a manufacturer defect. Manufacturer defect must be reported within 5 days of delivery to receive a full refund or replacement. Defects claims made outside of this time frame are handled in accordance with the manufacturer warranty (please see warranty claims section below).
Please Be Aware: Clear photo or video of any defect claim is required. It must clearly demonstrate and express the written claim provided by the customer. Approved defect product claims will be refunded or replaced at the discretion of Vape Batt and we are in no way obligated to provide one remedy over another. Any report of defect for products that do not have a manufacturer warranty that is made outside of this time frame will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Considerations on defect claims made outside of this time frame are are only eligible for store credit or 1-for-1 replacement. Submitting a defect claim outside of this time frame does not guarantee consideration or resolution.
Warranty Claims – Vape Batt does not manufacture any of the products sold on this site and therefore does not provide warranty on any products. Manufacturer warranty claims are handled in accordance with guidelines set forth by the product manufacturer. Some manufacturers require product registration and claim handling directly. This is a circumstance beyond our control. All shipping costs related to any warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer.
Vapebatt.com is not capable of determining if any given circumstance qualifies for a warranty claim and does not determine the outcome of any claim filing.

Clear photo or video of the written defect must accompany all warranty claims. Requests for additional information or documentation may be made at any time during the claim process. The decision to replace any part or product resides solely with the manufacturer. This is a circumstance beyond our control.
Opened Product – Opened Product(s) may be returned within 14 days of purchase. An Open Product is any product that has been opened and handled but not used and in the new condition it was received. If safety seals are broken or a device cannot be repackaged as new; it is considered used product.
Open Product returns are not entitled to shipping refunds of the original purchase and the cost associated with shipping an open product return is the responsibility of the customer and is not reimbursable. In the event Vape Batt provides a return shipping label for an open product return; the costs associated with that return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please Be Aware: Opened products returned with scratches, scrapes, dents, cracks, dings, or markings that are not part of the natural manufacturing process or are missing any parts, components, manuals, or pieces will incur a 50% restocking fee.
If you selected free shipping as a shipping method and your opened product return brings you below the free shipping threshold, you will be charged for shipping of the original purchase. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
New Products – New Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item(s) purchase price or after 30 days but not more than 90 days for a store credit. A new product is any product that is unopened, unused, and is returned in the new condition it was received. New Product returns are not entitled to a shipping refund of the original purchase. The cost associated with shipping a new product return is the responsibility of the customer and is not reimbursable. In the event Vape Batt provides a return shipping label for a new product return; the costs associated with that return label will be made known prior to providing the return label and will be deducted from the refund amount.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
*Please note: The refunding of shipping costs associated with a return of this nature will fall in line with precedence set forth in our return policy.
Return Processing & Refunds
Please allow up to 2 weeks to process and inspect a return package from the time it is delivered. Should the return reason provided by the customer not match what is found during inspection; the findings will supersede the reason provided by the customer. In this instance, the return will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth in this policy. All returns are documented under video surveillance for accuracy. If it has been more than 2 weeks since your return was delivered and you have not received a refund, please contact customer service.
