Shipping policy

Almost all orders ship within 1 business day (in accordance with our order processing time frame). During periods of high demand, processing may take longer. We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure prompt delivery of your packages.

Packaging is discreet.  Do not abbreviate or use alias shipping names.  Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.  Vape Batt reserves the right to cancel any order without notice.

The transit times provided at checkout are general estimates provided directly by the package delivery carrier.  They do not come from or include Vape Batt hours of operation or order processing times.  They also do not account for religious or federal holidays or carrier delays. The carrier provides updated an estimate when they take possession of your package.  The carrier may update this estimate at any time while they have possession of your package.  Packages are not considered lost by the delivery carrier unless they have not delivered within 30 days of the shipping date.  These are circumstances beyond the control of Vape Batt. Because of this we do not guarantee the carrier transit times provided at checkout.

Packages valued over $100 USD or with expedited shipping methods require a signature at delivery.  Vape Batt reserves the right to add signature required to any package, for any reason, without notification.  Please be prepared to sign for your package.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed from 10AM to 3PM EST Monday through Friday.  We do not process or ship orders on weekends, Federal Holidays, some major Religious Holidays, or under circumstances that are beyond our control including but not limited to inclement weather or natural disasters affecting our immediate area, government strike, shutdown, or state of emergency, carrier labor disputes, protests, customs delays, etc.

Most orders ship within 1 business day (less than 24 hours), but it may take up to 4 business days to process an order for shipping.  This time frame is separate and apart from the delivery transit times provided by the carrier at checkout. 

Please be aware

During busier times it may take up to 5 business days to process and ship orders.  This is including but not limited to: Holidays or Holidays Sales, the Holiday Season, or during sales or special events.

 

Delivery Estimates & Time Frames

The delivery transit times at check out are general estimates provided by the carrier.  They are not real time.  Because of this they do not include or account for: hours of operation, order processing times, or carrier delays  Updated delivery times are provided by the carrier once they take possession of a package through their tracking information.  Carrier delivery can fluctuate at any time, for any reason.  This is a circumstance beyond the control of Vape Batt.  For this reason, we do not guarantee carrier transit times or expected delivery dates.  Thank you for your understanding.  

Please be aware

Purchasing an expedited shipping method does not guarantee a purchase will ship immediately.  If you have concern over delivery time frame, please email us prior to placing an order.   If you are experiencing a delay in delivery and would like more information pertaining to the delay.  Please reach out to the carrier.  Vape Batt does not have any additional information beyond the tracking information provided by the carrier.  Vape Batt is not responsible for and does not provide refunds for carrier shipping delays. If you believe you are owed a refund for shipping due to a carrier delay, you will need to file that claim with the carrier.

 

Shipment Tracking & Exceptions

Orders that are in-process are assigned a tracking number.  The tracking number assigned to your package is sent via automated email to the email address provided at checkout.  Receiving an email with package tracking information is not an indication your package has shipped.  A package is shipped once the carrier takes possession of your package.  All tracking updates will come directly from the carrier. Tracking updates may contain important delivery information that requires your attention.  A delivery exception notice usually indicates the carrier is having difficulty delivering your package and needs more information from you. 

Please Be Aware

Vape Batt is not the carrier and does not have the ability to handle exception notices, delivery delays, or package tracking updates. We also do not monitor packages while they are in-transit.  If you have received an exception notice or believe there is an issue preventing the delivery of your package; you need to contact the carrier directly.  Failure to contact the carrier directly can result in a package being returned to us.

Packages Lost In-Transit 

Customers are not responsible for packages that are lost in-transit. A package is not considered lost in-transit until it has been 30 days from the date the package was shipped.  This is the carrier policy and a circumstance beyond the control of Vape Batt.  If after 30 days a package is confirmed lost in-transit the customer has the option to reship or refund their purchase.

 

Missing Packages Marked Delivered 

Vape Batt IS NOT responsible for packages that are claimed to be missing, not delivered, or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.  You will need to file these claims directly with the carrier.

Vapebatt.com is not a package delivery carrier and packages that are claimed missing after being delivered are a circumstance beyond our control. It is not unusual for the carrier to mark a package delivered and it arrive 1 to 2 days later. If it has been more than two shipping days after your package is marked as delivered, please take the following steps:

  1. Check with others in your household to be sure they did not retrieve it and forgot to pass it along; this happens frequently.  It is a small poly bubble mailer package.  It may be white or black.
  2. Double check the tracking information to confirm you looked in the area where the carrier claims the package was left.  Some packages are small and me be out of the line of sight
  3. Check all areas of the outside of your home where a package can be left.  The carrier will often place packages out of the line of sight from the street or public view.
  4. If you have a community mailbox.  Your package may have been placed in a parcel locker.  In this instance, a key will be left in your mailbox that opens that parcel locker.  In some instances, a package could have been handed to a receptionist or front desk clerk.

If you take these steps and are still unable to locate your package.  You will need to file a missing package claim with the carrier.  The carrier will reach out to you to assist in finding the package.  If they cannot find it, they will provide an official letter stating the package was misdelivered and could not be retrieved.  This must come on official carrier letterhead in an acceptable format.  Vape Batt reserves the right to determine acceptable format.  We recommend you save the name and direct contact information of the individual that contacts you so that you can reach them in the event you do not receive an official letter.  Provide us with a copy of the official letter and we will refund or reship your purchase.  All letters are verified for authenticity.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

 

Address Verification 

We verify every shipping address.  If we are unable to verify your shipping address; your shipment will be held while we contact you to update the address.  Addresses may not verify for a variety of reasons including but not limited to:

  • incorrect format
  • incorrect spelling
  • missing information such as suite or apartment number
  • invalid address, or
  • address not found designations

If we are unable to verify your shipment within 7 days; we will cancel and refund your purchase.

 

Free Domestic U.S. Ground Shipping 

This option will be available whenever the stated threshold is met.  Thresholds for this option exclude applicable sales tax, excise tax, and discount codes. You must select free shipping during checkout to be eligible.

 

Return to Sender Packages 

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable for any reason that is not the direct fault of Vape Batt a refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping.

 

State Regulations 

Orders with items that are prohibited in a state or region will be removed and cancelled from the order, subject to the entire order being cancelled and refunded while the rest of the package may be processed normally.  Restrictions may vary by state and could extend to various product categories within each jurisdiction across the country. Additionally, the use of coupons may be limited due to jurisdiction-specific restrictions.  Orders that do not ship for this reason will be cancelled and refunded in full.

 

International Orders 

If your country / state is not listed during the checkout process, we are unable to accept payment from or ship to your destination. The carrier does not provide Vape Batt with delivery estimates for international shipments.  Any international shipment can take up to 8 weeks to deliver.

  • Vape Batt is not responsible or liable for any packages that are held for additional fees, duties, taxes, etc. by customs or for any seized packages.  It is the responsibility of the customer to know and understand the laws and fees associated with customs in their country and to act in accordance with their laws and regulations.
  • All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. Vapebatt.com is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders. 
  • Any and all additional shipping service-related fees incurred are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Additionally, Vape Batt is not responsible or liable for packages marked delivered that are claimed not received.
  • In the event an insurance claim is filed.  Customer is only entitled to the amount compensated by the insurance company for that package. Vape Batt is in responsible for the difference in claim amount.  In the event an insurance claim is denied for any reason, Vape Batt is not responsible or liable for that package or related compensation.
  • For any reason that a package incurs any additional shipping costs, such as being rejected by customs, wrong address delivery, or sent back to sender from the customer, the additional cost is subject to deduction from the original payment.
  • Packages that are returned to sender will be handled in accordance with our Return to Sender package policy.

We recommend contacting your local authorities to fully understand the rules and regulations with regards to the products sold on our site prior to making a purchase.

 

How replacements, replacement parts, or warranty packages are shipped 

All replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped using Standard Shipping.  The cost of shipping any warranty package is the responsibility of the customer.
