To ensure your battery is covered by warranty, register it on the Product Registration Page. Use the authentication code found on the back of your battery.

To turn your battery on or off, rapidly click the circle button located on the front of the battery 5 times.

To activate the preheat mode:

• Screw the thermal chamber onto the top of the battery.
• Rapidly click the circle button 2 times.
• The LED indicator will blink the color of the current voltage setting for 15 seconds.
• If the thermal chamber is not attached correctly, the button will flash purple as an error signal.

The Ooze Tanker offers four voltage settings, each indicated by a different LED color. To change the voltage:

• Rapidly click the circle button 3 times.
• The voltage settings are as follows:
  • 2.7V - White LED
  • 3.2V - Blue LED
  • 3.6V - Green LED
  • 4.2V - Red LED
• Begin at the lowest setting with new cartridges and adjust as necessary for optimal vapor production.

Charge your battery using the included micro USB charger. The charging port is located on the right side of the pen.
